The problem
Made-to-order furniture is hard to sell online: buyers need to understand wood, size and waiting time before they commit to a large purchase.

The approach
A small, curated collection instead of an endless catalogue. Each piece shows its price, finish and lead time up front, a configurator lets buyers choose size and finish, and a material study explains the oak itself.

What it leaves behind
A live, working store that shows how I approach e-commerce: calm product pages, honest information and a clear path from browsing to buying.
