    Structure

    Pages, order and words come first. We agree the skeleton before anything is made to look finished.

    Design and build happen together on a preview link you can watch. Feedback in rounds, not in fragments.

    Launch

    Checks on speed, accessibility and search basics, then we go live together — and I stay on for the first weeks.

    After

    Care plan or not, you own everything. If you want to walk away with it, you can.

Practicalities

Payment

Split across the project: a deposit to book the time, the rest at agreed points. Never everything up front.

Timeline

Two to three weeks for a small site, four to eight for larger ones, measured from the point your content is ready.

If it stalls

Projects pause when content goes quiet. I will hold your slot for a month, then we reschedule — no penalty.
