A care plan is not a subscription for owning your site — you own it regardless. It is for the work that keeps it fast, safe and current after launch.
Basic
Regular checks and technical management, so problems can be spotted and you have one point of contact for your website.

Managed
Technical management plus updates to things like opening hours, rates, text and images, within the included time.

Active
Technical management, more room for changes and a monthly look at what could be clearer or easier to use.

How care plans work
Care is optional and offered separately from the build.
- The 90 minutes in Active are the total change budget, not 90 plus 30.
- Unused change time expires at the end of the month.
- Small changes cover existing content. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
- Improvements within Active are made inside the 90 minutes; larger work gets its own quote.
- Extra work is €60 per hour, excl. VAT, after your approval in advance.
- Hosting, domains, licences, external subscriptions and usage costs are not included.
- Technical management is tailored to the platform your site runs on.
- Routine checks and updates are part of the plan; extensive repair or new development is priced separately in advance.
Hosting and domain are paid directly to the provider, usually around €10–€25 a month. If you prefer, I can arrange both and look after them for you.
If monitoring matters and content changes do not, Basic is enough — there is no reason to buy the next tier. Cancel whenever you like; nothing is held hostage.

The tools a site is built on release security updates constantly. Ignored for a year, a working site becomes a vulnerable one.
Breakage is quiet
Forms stop sending, a plugin conflicts, a certificate expires. Monitoring means I hear about it before your customers do.
Small changes stack up
A price, a new service, a holiday notice. An allowance for changes means you ask instead of putting it off.
