Concept projectA credibility-first site for a solo consultant: clear positioning, real method, no stock photography.
This is a concept proposal: a written direction for the kind of business named, not a commissioned or built website. No client work, results or approval is implied.

I
The problem
Referrals arriving warm and then cooling on a website that said nothing specific about how the work is done.
II
The approach
The method laid out as a sequence with what the client owns at each stage, plus a case-note template that can be filled in as engagements finish.
III
What it leaves behind
Proposed: a site that could hold its ground in a procurement conversation and grow one case note at a time.
Next step
I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
